It is now nine games without a win, and with the FA Cup looming next week, it could be a really pivotal moment in the season.

It was another match of heartbreak for the travelling fans, and all faithful Dons who for a brief moment thought that they had seen another classic smash and grab.

After exiting the Jersey Mike's Trophy in midweek, it was time to go back to the bread and butter of League One football. The task in hand was always going to be a difficult one. Stockport County have been at the top end of the table for most of the early going, and have beaten the Dons in the last four matches between the two sides.

Manager Johnnie Jackson reverted back to the starting line-up that got a point last weekend against Wycombe Wanderers, and to be fair, there weren't many options that could've meant a change, with many first team players still out of action.
